What its like to Work With Me

Whether its a mural on your wall or a custom painting in your home, I treat every piece like a collaboration. My process is intentional, creative, and grounded in getting to know you and the space its's made for.

Step 1: The Inquiry

  • You reach out with your idea - even if its just a vibe or a feeling. I'll send over a short form that helps me get the basics: size, subject, color preferences, space, budget, and timeline.

Step 2: The Interview

  • Before I even think about paint, I want to know about you and where this piece will live.  We'll schedule a short interview (by email, phone, or video - your call) so I can learn about your style, your space, and what this piece means to you.  This is where the inspiration really starts.

Step 3: Deposit and Concept

  • Once we're both feeling good about moving forward, I require a 30% deposit to lock in your spot. (This also protects the creative time it takes to design your piece)

  • After the deposit is received, I'll create a detailed mockup of your piece - either on its own or digitally placed in your space - so you can see the vision fully before we begin.

Step 4: Final Approval

  • You'll get to review the mockup and give feedback. We'll make any needed adjustments before I pick up a brush. Once you give the green light, the rest is magic!

Step 5: Painting begins

  • I get to work! I'll keep you updated throughout the process with progress pics (if you want them), and I always stay in communication - especially with larger pieces or murals.

Step 6: Final Payment and Delivery

  • Once your piece is finished, Ill send final photos. The remaining balance is due before shipping or installation.  If its a mural, we'll schedule final payment before completion of installation.

Step 7: your space is transformed

  • Your piece is delivered! You get a piece that was made just for you, grounded in your story and layered with intention.
